Implementation

 Phase One – Analysis

Client and Effective Options to meet and determine the training strategy and construct the training needs analysis that would define the training needs from an organizational and individual level.

 Phase Two – Design

Effective Options develop a project plan of training sessions, seminars and tutorials in order to achieve the stated goals that will enable the business to achieve their strategy and goals.   We will also provide detail costs involved.

 Phase Three – Acceptance 

Client accepts and signs agreement so that training can commence.

 Phase Four – Delivery

All Technical and Business Developement Skills Training is delivered according to accepted proposal.
